An impressive corkscrewed, bell shaped LP supercell looms to the west of Mustang OK at 6:45pm.
An awesome beaver tail feeds the supercell.
As is the case anytime an isolated supercell occurs near the OKC metro area, many chasers come out to watch.
The rear flank downdraft makes an appearance at 6:53pm.
Looking north from northeast of Tuttle OK at 7:30pm, the LP supercell has taken on some fantastic contortions. Just thirty minutes after this shot was taken this updraft tower had completely vanished.
